The purpose and goal of our Facebook Page is to engage with our fans and guests and foster a vibrant and supportive community.

We encourage all guests and "fans" of The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas Facebook Page to interact with us and others around topics of like-interest such as food, wine, art, music, travel, etc., and share your thoughts about The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, the content we share, as well as your experiences and stories from recent visits to the resort and/or the different events and festivals that we participate at. However, keep in mind that comments posted to The Cosmopolitan's fan Page do not represent the opinions of The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas.

We also encourage you to interact with other fans, ask us questions and let us know what you want, but we ask that you do it in a respectful manner and use good judgment. We believe in having an open, transparent and supportive community, but there are certain behaviors and actions that will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to remove any posts that do not adhere to our house rules and guidelines and will block anyone who repeatedly violates them.

• You must respect others at all times. We will not tolerate disrespectful language, content or actions and reserve the right to delete any comments or content that is unlawful, vulgar, offensive, violent, threatening, obscene, defamatory, disparaging, racist, hateful, or pornographic.

• We reserve the right to remove any content or comments that are inappropriate and/or off-topic, such as (but not limited to): political statements, promotions, advertising, fundraising, spamming, link baiting (embedding a link in your post to draw traffic to your own site), as well as overly excessive postings/comments.

• We'll report and ban users who upload files/links containing viruses or programs that could damage the operation of other people’s computers.

• We reserve the right to remove customer/guest service issues and complaints if they violate house rules, other policies, or include personal or identifiable information of other guests or our employees (CoStars). Complaints or service issues are best sent to our resort services team. They are available to assist guests 24 hours a day, seven days a week via email at resortservices@cosmopolitanlasvegas.com or for urgent matters by phone at 702-698-7575 or by selecting “Beck and Call” on your in-room phone.

• You are responsible for any content that you post, upload or embed and you must ensure that it does not infringe on The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, Facebook or any other brand, person or entity’s copyright or intellectual property rights. If we discover any violations of copyright or intellectual property rights, we reserve the right to remove the content/post.

• We do not endorse anything posted by our Facebook fans/users and we are not liable for links posted by fans/users. If you click on a link, we cannot guarantee safe access/visit to the website/location of where the link takes you. Always use caution and good judgment when clicking on links.
